Does Wushu really work?
Absolutely not. Wushu was not designed/created in any way to be trained as a form of self defence. Wushu is practiced solely as a performance art, and has far more in common with traditional Chinese dance than it does with traditional Chinese fighting arts. When a person practices Wushu they train only for aesthetics.
